All new investigators attend a comprehensive training program in Northern Virginia. Following training, investigators will work in the field, typically within a 50-mile radius from their residence. Investigators will be fully equipped to work from their home office and will be given all tools necessary to be successful. This includes office supplies, phone, computer, printer, etc. Investigators are all expected to be self-starters, independent and professional. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to summarize interviews are an absolute must. TS Security Clearance preferred.
We are currently hiring Field Training Officers (FTO) to conduct 2 to 3-week training sessions in the field for new investigators that successfully complete in-classroom training. Ideal FTOs have a minimum of one-year experience with the OPM/NBIB program. Training experience is preferred.
We are currently hiring Team Leaders to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to new and experienced investigators. Three years of prior experience in investigative field work is required.
